Professional nannies to entertain and engage the little ones with games, crafts and activities during weddings, conferences and events.

How it works:
  • Call or email us with the details of your event. Once all of the details have been discussed, we will secure your credit card deposit
  • Depending on your event and the venue in which it will take place, we may wish to meet with you and visit the location in advance
  • We bring all of the gear and games to create a space that is supportive and fun for the children attending so that they will be happily entertained while their parents enjoy your event
  • Our set-up fee includes basic age-appropriate games and activities such as play-dough, colouring, stickers, Legos, books, puppets and DVD's
  • Our professional nannies are qualified to care for children from newborn to teen, so there are no age-restrictions on children attending childminding events
  • Please note that parents must remain on the premises while their children are in our care during childminding events
Cost:
  • Set-up fee: $90+hst
  • Booking of additional nannies: $20+hst per nanny (Set-up fee includes scheduling of up to 3 nannies)
  • Nannies: $20 per hour per nanny
  • A $200 credit card deposit is required for each date booked in order to secure all event bookings
Other Charges:
  • Overtime charges: An additional $8 per hour per nanny. Overtime rates take effect after 8 hours
  • Holiday charges: An additional $2 per hour per nanny on statutory holidays
  • Additional games, activities and equipment available by request (face-painting, bouncy castles, crafts, portable cribs etc.)
Cancellation Policy:
  • Event deposits are transferrable but non-refundable
  • An additional $60 per childminder cancellation fee will be applied to all event bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
