Booking fee of $22.40 + hourly rates starting at $13/hr

How it Works:

• If you are new to using Nannysitters, we will first collect some important information about you and your family to create your client profile
• You simply need to call our booking agent to advise them of your needs, or fill out our online Booking Request Form
• Once we know the details of your request, our agent will verify that a suitable nannysitter is available, then call you back to confirm the booking
• Our minimum booking length is 3 hours
• When the booking has been confirmed, the agency booking fee will be applied to your credit card and a detailed confirmation of your booking will then be sent to you by email
• At the end of your booking, please pay your nanny directly by cash or cheque at the hourly rate quoted by the agency at the time of booking
• The nanny will provide a formal receipt upon request
  

Babysitter Rates:

• $13 per hour for up to 2 children
• $1 per hour for each additional child
• Please contact us for details on overnight and extended booking rates
  

Booking Fees:

• $20+tax for each date for which a nannysitter is booked
• Pre-purchase 5 bookings for $90+tax
• Pre-purchase 10 bookings for $150+tax
  

Yearly Membership:

• Full membership: $700+tax per year for up to 10 bookings per month
• Mini membership: $500+tax per year for up to 5 bookings per month
• All bookings exceeding monthly limit are $10+tax per booking
• Upgrade from mini to full membership for $200+tax at any time
  

Other Charges:

• An additional $4 per hour will be added to all time over 8 hours
• $2 per hour will be added to all holiday bookings
• Parking charges if metered or parkade parking is necessary
  
• A mileage charge will be added if the nanny is transporting your child/ren in their own vehicle
• For more remote locations a transportation charge may apply
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking fees are non-refundable, but in the event that you need to cancel a booking, we'll simply apply the fee to your next booking
• A $45+tax cancellation fee will be applied to all afternoon and evening bookings cancelled with less than 4 hours notice, and to all morning bookings cancelled later than 6pm on the evening prior to the booking
